What a year it has been..
from flooding our garage, to Declan breaking his leg, to maeve learning to walk, to moving 2 times, to getting my passport and visiting Oregon, celebrating my last birthday in my 20s, celebrating two of my best friends wedding, being a bridesmaid for @sydneyhertslet and officiating my first wedding for my girl @sierraemmerick going through a separation, navigating life as a single mom, visiting an old friend @john_barg to reconnecting with so many old friends, continuing to build on the incredible friendships I have, to reconnecting with my first love and taking a chance at life together again, what a WILD ride it has been!
the many ways people showed up for the kids and I. This was the hardest and best year of our life and I can’t wait to see what next year brings ❤️

And a huge thank you to all of my clients for sticking it out with me! I am going full force next year with photos and can’t wait to see what kind of magic we create together !

I am BACK! I mean.. I have been for a bit but I’m finally jumping back in since this weather is so incredible and I have officially upgraded all of my equipment! I am so thankful for the people who have stood by my side! I can’t wait to capture some more memories this year ❤️

When Heidi asked me to come in and capture photos for her family of them literally just hanging out, unposed, drinking coffee, playing Lego, jammies, guitar sessions, play fights, everything real raw and in between my heart sang! This is my jam - this is only a few of the many many photos we captured today. To be very open honest and transparent after my camera broke this am I was in a state of shock and unsure how to continue forward but after this session it reminded me why I started this - to create long lasting photos for families to treasure - thank you @momma.in.crazytown and Jake for welcoming me into your home to capture your family as is - it was beautiful 🦋
